The Cascade Grill and Ponderosa Lounge & Grill have new additions to the menu! Come in today to try delicious new favorites like Crispy Fried Dill Pickles, Chicken Piccata and so much more. Learn more about some of the new items below.
Stuffed Portobello Mushroom (vegan)
This balsamic and herb marinated Portobello mushroom is oven roasted and served with organic tri-colored quinoa, marinated vegetables and finished with a velvety charred tomato sauce.
One order of the pretzel rolls comes with three classic Bavarian rolls and is served with an ale-infused cheese dip.
Our piccata is lightly-floured chicken breast grilled and served with a classic lemon butter caper sauce.
Crispy Fried Dill Pickles
These lightly breaded dill pickle spears come with a tangy dill dipping sauce.
Grilled Shrimp Louie Salad
This dish includes eight large grilled shrimp served on a bed of lettuce with olives, cucumbers, grape tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs. It is served with a house-made Louie-style dressing.
